Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer referenced here.

Use of artificial intelligence

Local programs draft applicant communications on the owner’s own machine. Two separate switches, both off by default, must explicitly enable the AI function and automatic email delivery. Approval, rejection, collaboration and every decision to enter into, continue or end a contract are made exclusively by a human — never by the system (Art. 22 GDPR). Every AI-assisted message discloses the assistance, and you may request a human at any time. The optional Notion review board is disabled by default, shows only a limited projection and allows only a human-triggered rejection request; it can never approve or trigger a contract.
