It's nine in the evening, you want to send something to your fans, and the message box is empty. You type "hey", delete it, type "hey babe", delete that too.
This free cheat sheet is for that moment. It has 50 mass messages and captions you can copy, sorted by occasion, plus the few rules that keep them honest, within OnlyFans' rules and good for your income. It is written for creators who already run a page and want to spend less time staring at a blank screen.
How to use it
- Fill in the brackets. [name], [price], [length] and [day] are placeholders. Replace them every time.
- Change one detail so it sounds like you. Your slang, your emoji, your city's weather. Fans notice when a message reads like everyone else's.
- Describe paid content exactly. Length, number of photos, outfit, what is in it and what is not. A fan who gets what was described has no good reason to dispute the payment later. Our guide on OnlyFans chargebacks explains why this matters.
- Only say "just for you" when it is. A mass message goes to many people. Save "made only for you" for real customs.
- No fake deadlines. If an offer ends on Sunday, end it on Sunday. Countdowns that reset every week teach fans to ignore you.
- Send to the right people. Lists let you message new subscribers, regulars and quiet fans separately. Our free profile setup checklist shows how to set them up.

What we left out on purpose
Some messages get sales today and cost you tomorrow. You won't find any of these above:
- Anything that moves money or meetings off the platform. Payments outside OnlyFans aren't covered by its terms, and meeting fans in person is a safety risk.
- Costumes or wording that suggest someone is underage, or themes like non-consent or intoxication. OnlyFans' Acceptable Use Policy prohibits this kind of content. Read the current version yourself before you plan a theme.
- Pressure. Guilt trips, "last chance" when it isn't, or messages that rush someone into a big purchase. Pressure leads to regret, and regret leads to refunds and chargebacks.
When and how often
Message timing matters at least as much as wording. A good message at 4 a.m. in your fan's time zone is still a message nobody reads. Our article on when American fans actually spend explains paydays, time zones and the seasons that repeat every year.
As for how often: if every message is a sales pitch, people stop opening them. Mix the check-ins and thank-yous from this sheet with your paid messages, and look at your own statistics to see which ones get answered.

Or let someone else do all of this
Templates get you started. Writing the right message to the right fan at the right time, every day, across hundreds of conversations, is a full job.
Pony Agency manages OnlyFans, Fansly and MYM for adult creators, with a personal manager, fan messaging, content and pricing strategy, posting-time analysis, promotion and privacy support including DMCA takedowns. Our team writes and sends messages like these for you, honestly and without pressure, so you can spend your time creating.
For full management, the split is 60% to Pony Agency and 40% to the creator, calculated on net revenue after platform fees and any chargebacks or reversals. The agreement is non-exclusive and either side can end it with 30 days' notice. Your content stays yours, and accounts you already have stay yours.
If you want all of this work taken off your plate, apply for a fit review. An application starts a conversation, and you decide whether it goes further.
